SAIRA is a collaboration between WAITRO and Fraunhofer, current host of the WAITRO Secretariat.
MISSION
SAIRA Open Access aims at contributing towards the fight against COVID-19 trough facilitating interaction and collaboration between research organizations, the private and the public sector. Everyone can upload COVID-19 related solutions and inspire peers to utilize or scale up the respective solution in other contexts. Through SAIRA’s Open Access Hub, individuals can connect instantly and jointly work on further developing or implementing solutions.
ABOUT WAITRO
WAITRO (World Association of Industrial and Technological Research Organizations) supports research and technology organizations (RTOs) to contribute towards to
sustainable development by creating incentives and opportunities to collaborate, facilitating global technology transfer and fostering R&D capacities.
SAIRA is part of WAITRO's strategy to drive international collaboration beyond WAITRO's large network of RTOs.
